How do I create an account?
Click “Get Started” and sign in with Google. No password is required—we use secure OAuth authentication. You’ll receive 20 free credits to start, and free credits reset monthly on your signup date.
What file types can I upload?

- Documents: PDF files (up to 10MB each)
How accurate is the OCR?
Our state-of-the-art OCR engine achieves 99.9%+ accuracy on clear, well-scanned documents. Accuracy depends on:

Processing & Credits
How do credits work?
Simple rule: 1 credit = 1 page processed.

When do my credits reset?
Free-tier credits reset monthly on your signup date. For example, if you signed up on January 15, credits reset on the 15th of each month. Unused credits do not carry over.
How do I upgrade my plan?

- Credits increase immediately; billing starts on the upgrade date.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Files & Security
How long are my files stored?
File retention periods:
- Structured data extraction:
- Free tier: 6 months
- Paid plans: retained until you delete them
- OCR: 30 days
Files are automatically deleted after the retention period.
Are my files secure?

Can I download my files anytime?
Yes, download processed files anytime during the retention period:

What happens to my original files?
Original files are processed but not permanently stored:
- Used only for OCR processing
- Deleted immediately after processing
- For structured data extraction, originals are retained until you delete them
- Only converted results are retained
- No backup of original files maintained
