How Credits Calculate?
Structured extraction costs:
- Data extraction: 1 credit per page processed
- Schema creation: 0.5 credits per page (one-time)
- Schema updates: 0.1 credits per change/pre page
Example:
- Create invoice schema with 2 sample pages = 1 credits
- Update schema created above 3 times to meet your needs = 0.6 credits
- Then you process 100 invoices = 100 credits
- Total = 101.6 credits

Credit Management
You’ll get alerts at low balances; processing stops at 0 credits. Or you can upgrade anytime in the user account page. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
Billing & Payments
Billed monthly on your subscription date with auto‑renew and prorated plan changes. Invoices (PDF) and tax details are sent to your email automatically.
Troubleshooting Credits
Common fixes:
- Insufficient credits: check balance, page count, or upgrade; free tier resets monthly.
- Not updating: refresh, confirm job completion, allow a few minutes.
- Wrong deduction: verify page counts (multi-page PDFs), get support.
