Batch Processing
Process multiple documents simultaneously. Save time and credits with efficient batch operations.
What is Batch Processing?
Batch processing allows you to convert multiple documents in a single operation. Instead of processing files one by one, you can upload up to 50 files and convert them all to the same format simultaneously.
Benefits
Time Savings
- Process multiple files in parallel
- No need to wait between individual conversions
- Bulk download options
Cost Efficiency
- Same credit cost as individual processing
- No additional fees for batch operations
- Efficient use of your monthly allocation
Workflow Optimization
- Organize related documents together
- Consistent output format across all files
- Streamlined file management
How Batch Processing Works
Batch Limits & Requirements

Credit Calculation
Understanding Batch Costs
Images: 1 credit per image file PDFs: 1 credit per page in the PDF Mixed Batches: Credits calculated per page across all files
Example Calculations
Scenario 1: Image Batch
- 10 JPG images = 10 credits
- All convert to PDF format
- Total cost: 10 credits
Scenario 2: Mixed Batch
- 5 images = 5 credits
- 2 PDFs (3 pages each) = 6 credits
- Total cost: 11 credits
Scenario 3: Large PDF Batch
- 3 PDFs with 10, 15, and 8 pages
- Total pages: 33
- Total cost: 33 credits
Credit Verification
Before processing, the system:
- Calculates total credit requirement
- Verifies you have sufficient credits
- Shows cost breakdown
- Prevents processing if insufficient credits

Optimizing Batch Processing
File Preparation
Consistent Quality
- Use similar resolution across files
- Maintain consistent image quality
- Ensure all files are properly oriented
Logical Grouping
- Process related documents together
- Group by document type or project
- Consider output format needs
File Naming
- Use descriptive, consistent names
- Include dates or version numbers
- Avoid special characters
Processing Strategy
Size Management
- Balance file count vs. file size
- Consider splitting very large batches
- Monitor total batch size limit
Format Planning
- Choose format based on primary use case
- Consider if all files need same format
- Plan separate batches for different formats
Troubleshooting Batch Issues
Common Problems
"Batch Too Large"
- Reduce number of files (max 50)
- Check total size (max 500MB)
- Split into multiple smaller batches
"Processing Failed"
- Check if all files are valid formats
- Verify no corrupted files in batch
- Try processing files individually to identify issues
"Insufficient Credits"
- Check credit balance in dashboard
- Calculate total pages across all files
- Upgrade plan or wait for monthly reset
"Some Files Failed"
- Individual files may fail while others succeed
- Check Results panel for successful conversions
- Retry failed files individually
Performance Tips
Optimal Batch Size
- 10-20 files for best performance
- Keep total size under 200MB when possible
- Mix of small and large files works well
Upload Speed
- Use stable internet connection
- Upload during off-peak hours if possible
- Close unnecessary browser tabs
